1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the abc444 Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that:

• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, including any supplementary rules applicable to specific games or promotions;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of abc444 or any of its technology or content providers.

3. Account Registration

To place wagers or access real-money games on abc444, you must register a Member account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You may register only one account per person, per household, and per device. Opening duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balance or pending withdrawals.

abc444 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Accounts registered using false, misleading, or stolen identity information will be closed immediately, and any funds held within such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Age Verification and Identity Checks

No person under the age of 21 may register an account, make a deposit, or place a wager on the Platform. abc444 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at the point of first withdrawal. If abc444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has provided false information regarding their age, the account will be suspended immediately. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on abc444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the Platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that is registered in your own name and that matches the identity information held on your abc444 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• abc444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds verification.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

abc444 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that remain uncleared at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
• abc444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including retrospectively where evidence of abuse is identified.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to lock in a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, or deliberately exploiting an error in the promotional terms — is a material breach of these Terms. abc444 will void all associated winnings and may permanently close the accounts involved.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated. They may not be transferred between Members or exchanged for any other item of value.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All wagers placed on abc444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any discrepancy between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

abc444 reserves the right to void any wager where:

• The wager was placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement ("late betting");
• The odds or stake limits were displayed in error due to a technical fault;
• There is clear evidence that the outcome of the event was manipulated by match-fixing or other corrupt activity;
• The wager was placed using a scripted, automated, or bot-assisted process not sanctioned by abc444.

In all cases where a wager is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account balance. abc444 will not pay out winnings on void bets under any circumstances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abc444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual (multi-accounting);
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fictitious identity information to open or operate an account;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits ("money laundering");
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate the outcome of any game or market;
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human means to place wagers or access the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any unintended vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing abc444 staff or other Platform users;
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation;
• Sharing login credentials with any third party, whether for financial gain or otherwise.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

abc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of suspected fraud or identity falsification, abc444 may freeze the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed for cause, any bonus funds will be forfeited and real-money funds may be withheld pending the resolution of any outstanding dispute or investigation.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the abc444 support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal account following completion of any outstanding verification checks.

10. Responsible Gaming

abc444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform offers the following tools to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party technical failures;
• Errors in odds, scores, or results data supplied by third-party data providers;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to secure your account credentials.

abc444's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the Member's account balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

abc444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. abc444 implements industry-standard SSL 256-bit encryption and access controls to protect Member data. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. 15. Amendments to These Terms

All amendments take effect on the date of publication at https://abc444.pro/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure through the support team.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the abc444 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and abc444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
